Each Bag of Germs comes with a special replaceable pouch containing approximately 4 oz of powder. This pouch is inserted into a uniquely designed outer bag that, when handled, deposits fluorescent powder on the user’s hands. A UV light is used after washing to reveal any remaining germs.
